Shopping Procedure 购物程序

 

 

 

 Step 1 :

Register Member 注册成为会员

记得所有的资料:收信任，地址和联络电话都要写清楚，所有的包裹都是跟着这里的资料寄出哦~如有更改地址一定要尽快通知达达!

 

 

Step 2:

Start Shipping 开始购物

 

Follow Instruction 跟着指示

a)  Select Quantity 选择数量

b) Finalize Order 总算中心

c) Fill Up Information 填写资料

d) Delivery Method 选择配送方式

f) Submit Order 提交订单

 

 

Step 3: Payment 汇款

Step 4: Notification 通知 

vis: SMS / Email / Notice Board to Inform

通知方法: 手机短讯，Email或网上留言

汇款了后隔天请到用户中心查询，但请给达达一天的时间， 如果隔天还是没有update, 可能是没有收到email或留言通知。 所以建议再留言或email多一次!

但请记得， 周六和周日都没开电脑， 所以如果是在周末汇款的话， 请在星期一下午才检查，不要一直重复问达达有没有收到汇款哦!!!拜托了!

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step 5: Parcel Number 包裹号码

After Sent out the goods, dadazshop will email the tracking number for record and checking purpose,

kindly check with couriour service.

 发货了后，达达店铺会EMAIL tracking number给宝贝们一个记录，请别打电话或sms达达包裹在那里，

为什么没有收到等问题，建议和邮局或快递公司查询。

如果没有收到email,记得到junk mail查看，如果还是没有收到，请来用户中心检查自己的订单号码:

Step 6:  Waiting for goods deliver 等待货物

West M'sia: Normally will receive by next day!

西马: 通常隔天就可以收到

East M'sia: Only go Post office on Sat, so normally receive on monday!

东马: 拜六才有到邮局,所以通常都是拜一收到哦~
